Orders are accepted by phone, fax or email.

First orders are Pro Forma unless a valid credit card has been offered.
We accept Access, Visa and Mastercard.

Account customers, 30 days nett cash, T/A Black Dragon Crafts.

Title to all goods remains the property of Black Dragon Crafts until
payment has been received in full.

Confirmed orders usually despatched within 14 days, shipping/carriage
charged extra at cost and sent by best way. Shortages must be notified
in writing within 7 days.

No orders will be supplied to overdue accounts.
